In life, that is what we really can do - to be thankful. An attitude of gratitude can go a long way in helping us be successful in life. It is not about being unrealistic or overly optimistic as most people would argue. It's really about rolling with the punches and taking in what life hurls at you. I find writing in a journal to be a healing process. I write the things that I am grateful for so I won't get bugged down by life's temporary setbacks. Leave a Reply. |
